Meet Your Instructor: Hamza
Hamza grew up in Skhirat Plage, near Rabat, where he learned on a demanding wave shaped by a small island that makes swell break from two directions. With a close group of friends, he co-founded AJSS, a surf school created with official permission from the King near the palace. From a young age, he spent winters traveling to Aourir and Taghazout to surf, long before the area became a major surf destination. Over the years, he has surfed and coached in many camps, shaping a teaching style that is calm, technical, and deeply local.

Best Spots, Every Day
Each morning, Hamza selects the best spot based on swell, wind, tide, and group level. For true beginners we usually choose La Source or K11 (left side/start of Banana Beach). Banana Beach here means K11 and K12 at Aourir Beach (Google Maps), and K-numbers indicate approximate distance from Agadir. Advanced sessions may run at Hash Point, Panoramas, Anchor Point, or the separate Banana Point when conditions align.
Private or Group Lessons
Choose private coaching for maximum focus or group lessons for a social, motivating atmosphere. Both options are available as single lessons or as part of our all-inclusive surf camp.
Best Time for Surf Lessons in Morocco
For beginners, May to September is ideal with smaller, more forgiving waves. For intermediate and advanced surfers, October to April delivers stronger swells and more variety.
