Surf, eat & sleep next to Morocco's best waves
MORE THAN A STAY,
A PLACE YOU'LL REMEMBER!
Our surf house is located in Aourir (Banana Village), just minutes from Taghazout and Agadir. It's a peaceful boutique stay designed for surfers who want comfort, space, and a relaxed atmosphere (no bunkbed crowds), just a place that feels like home.
You'll find shared and private rooms, welcoming communal spaces, and a rooftop made for delicious Moroccan dinners, yoga sessions, and sunsets with views over the ocean and the Atlas Mountains. After a day in the water, everyone naturally gathers here to share stories, meals, and the rhythm of surf days.
Many guests arrive as travelers and leave with new friendships, great memories, and a real connection to the Moroccan coast.

Where The Waves Meet
The Atlas Mountains
📍 Getting there: Agadir Airport is the best option if you’re coming to us. From there, guests can book an airport transfer straight to the surf house. Marrakech and Essaouira are also possible, but then you’ll need to arrange your own transport, with options like bus, taxi, or train depending on your route.
🏖️ The area: Our house is at Banana Beach and in very close range to many amazing surfspots. The village has a relaxed, community feel with local shops, food quarters and beach cafes within walking distance. We love the authentic Moroccan life that’s still happening here. Don’t be surprised with a sheep’s herd walking down the street, the greengrocer or camels walking around.
🌅 The vibe: Banana Village is a quiet surf community loved by surfers of all levels. World-class waves are just in front of your doorstep. Back at the house, the rooftop terrace overlooks the ocean and the Atlas Mountains, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

WHEN TO SURF?
Morocco works year-round, but every season has its own feel. Here’s the quick guide for choosing the best time for your surf trip.
Autumn (Sep–Nov)
Season kick-off with the first larger swells. Anchor Point, Mysteries, and Boilers start firing. Crowds begin to build.
Winter (Dec–Feb)
Peak surf season. Consistent NW swells and quality waves at Anchor Point and Banana Point. Colder but epic. Bring a 4/3 wetsuit.
Spring (Mar–May)
Most comfortable season. Solid swell, warmer weather, and great conditions for all levels. Hash Point and Panoramas stay consistent.
Summer (Jun–Aug)
Smaller and cleaner waves. Ideal for beginners and progression. La Source plus K11/K12 at Banana Beach work very well, and Imsouane is often at its best.
