About this spot
Hash Point is the classic Taghazout wave for everyday surfers. It is a mellow, consistent right-hander that works on many swell sizes. Softer than Anchor Point, with a friendlier take-off and longer rides over reef. Great for intermediates improving timing and wave reading, and for beginner-intermediates moving out of whitewater.

Hash Point is quick to reach from Taghazout village. The break sits on the north side of the village, just after Anchor Point, with roadside parking available. Walk down the rocky path to the water.
