Imsouane is a magical fishing village about 45 minutes north of Taghazout and home to Africa's longest wave. The Bay is a 900-meter right-hander in a protected bay - mellow, consistent, and great for all levels including longboarders. Cathedral is the more powerful outside reef break with hollower waves for advanced surfers. The village itself is full of charm, from colorful boats to fresh fish in the harbor.

How to get to Imsouane
Imsouane is about 55 kilometers north of Taghazout via the N1 coastal road toward Essaouira. Follow signs to Imsouane and descend into the village from the cliff road.
